SMARTTEC™ ENERGY SAVING FEATURES:

THERMAL CONTROL – Sensors in both optical unit and driver enclosure reduce drive current when ambient temperatures exceed 50oC. Current is lowered in imperceptible 5% increments every 5 minutes until recommended operating temp is reached.

DAYLIGHT SENSING – Eliminates day-burners (optional) by sensing daylight levels (not affected by the light coming from the LEDs). Turns fixture off at light levels approximately equal to sunrise and on at sunset.

OCCUPANCY SENSING – Small, built-in flush-mounted sensor (optional) detects movement in
a 20-foot circle. Unit dims to 30% power when no presence is detected. Smart dim slowly lowers light level over a 15-second period.

ELOFIT and ELAMID are complete systems composed of fittings and special parts that can be welded by electrofusion or butt fusion.

ELOFIT fittings are used for the transport of medium and low pressure fuel gas, drinking water, fluids for human consumption, industrial fluids and compatible chemicals. Elamid is indicated for high pressure fuel gas.

The ELOPRESS compression fitting range is used for the distribution of drinking water and liquids for human consumption mainly in irrigation.

Industrial division

The industrial division founded in 1995 is responsible for the production of thermoplastic piping systems specifically dedicated to oil and industrial fields. It includes the following product ranges: Smartflex, Ecosmart, Oiltech, SMARTlpg, Elosmart and SmartConduit.

Smartflex is a complete system for the transport of automotive and aviation fuels, biofuels and hazardous fluids in general.

EcoSmart is a single wall single wire fitting range made of black PE100 approved according to standards EN14125 and KIWA.

Oiltech is a piping system for oil pipelines specifically designed for petrochemical applications.

SMARTlpg is a system of pipes made of thermoplastic material reinforced with polyester fibres and fittings for the transport of LPG. The system is waterproof, biocompatible and 100% recyclable.

The field of plumbing installations includes the following product ranges: NIRON, POLYSYS TEM, MULTIPINZA, MULTINUPI, MULTIGECO, ELOTHERM and ECOWAVE.

NIRON and POLYSYS TEM ranges are produced using random Polypropylene (PP-R, PP-RP and PP-RCT) for the transport of hot and cold water and are used for different types of installations: from plumbing systems in individual housing up to hotels, hospitals, gyms and cruise ships.

Whether underground or aboveground tank installations, or fueling rates from 15 to 50 GPM (57 to 188 LPM), there is a Gasboy fleet or commercial solution for your application.

All models are designed specifically for the demanding requirements of fleet and commercial fueling needs. Suction pump models are built with heavy duty, belt-driven pumping units, and all models contain the industry’ s most accurate positive displacement meter. Electronic and mechanical registration models are available. For saddle tank fueling applications, satellite dispensers are offered for fueling on both sides of the vehicle.

Available in round, square or rectangular shapes, all tank sumps are designed to create the maximum space for installers to work. Fibrelite currently offers a range of round tank sumps in sizes from 45″ diameter to 60″ diameter; square tank sumps are available in sizes ranging from 45″ square to 48″ square. Most sump sizes are also available in solid bottom versions that can be utilized as transition sumps.

Fiberglass tank sump mounting options are available for 42″, 48″ and 54″ fiberglass tank collars. Other tank mounting options include round and square tank manway flanges and solid bottom sumps for tank fitting adaptors. Finally, Fibrelite offers a 42″ tank collar for installing our sumps directly onto fiberglass jacketed tanks.
